Logos

These images showcase my versatility as a graphic designer. Whether the client wants a more realistic, simplified, or more stylized image for their logo, I aim to exceed their expectations.

Soaring Hawk’s Creations

A friend of mine, who is a local PNW Native American artist, recruited me to create this logo for his small business. He creates beautiful beaded and feathered jewelry and accessories for native dance garments. I created this by tracing a drawing his daughter had made in Illustrator and adding his tribal colors. He was able to take this vector and etch it into stones, brand it in leather and wood, as well as putting it onto his business cards and merchandise tags.

Maui Taste Buds

A close relative wanted me to create a logo for her and her business partner’s catering company on Maui. She takes locally sourced, holistic ingredients to create amazingly tasty, healthful dishes for clients with special dietary needs. She wanted me to use turmeric because it has amazing healing properties. I created this vector image for her business in Illustrator and assisted her in building the website for her business.

Seattle Roofing

The owner of a roof building company in the greater Seattle area recruited me to design a simple vector logo for his business. He wanted very specific things included in the logo and I was able to build him exactly what he asked for using simple line drawing tools in Illustrator.

Keys to Freedom – Clean and Free 2020

As the Arts and Graphics Chairman for the Clean and Free Convention 2020, I was required to create a logo for sweatshirts, sweatpants, and blankets. I used image trace, text, and drawing tools in Illustrator to create this simple, elegant design.

The Gift of Desperation – Clean and Free 2025

This logo was created for a logo contest for the 2024 Clean and Free convention. I started with the image of a man walking with his head down, rasterized the image, added wings and the other elements to include the name of the convention and this year’s theme. On the bottom of his footpath, I used a stylized brush to create flames and ashes, as though to denote rising from the ashes of one’s past.
